I am a passionate fully qualified Remedial Massage Therapist. I commenced studying with the Australian College of Massage in late 2012 and found it a greatly rewarding learning experience. Since graduating in 2014 I have really loved providing quality care for Launceston families.

Today, I offer Pregnancy, Postpartum, Remedial and Relaxation Massage options. Clients love how I am adaptable, always learning new techniques and can tailer the treatment based on what their body is feeling on the day. I use premium Joboba oil and luxurious essential oils.

  • Pregnancy Massage is a beautiful wellness treatment focusing on relieving any aches and growing pains, getting mum feeling confident and comfortable.

  • As my teacher Julia Jones has said “When a baby is born, so is a Mother.” This transformative time calls for a gently and nurturing treatment focusing on restoring a new mums energy and strength after birth whilst boosting her oxytocin.

  • Not pregnant or postpartum? Remedial massage is the perfect care for you. This style of treament focused on reducing physical pain and discomfort and increasing the range of motion. Dads’ also love this to help out with those sore shoulders after carrying the buba.

  • Relaxation massage will be able to help recharge, relax and refresh so you can get on with enjoying life.
